Customer Complaint Support System

We have developed this customized web application for Authorized Canon Support center at Ahmedabad. There are 3 types of users of this web application . Admin can access this though web login . Customer can log their complain through client website. Engineer can be notified via SMS on developed customized mobile application via admin once complain is logged by customer. Engineer can record timing for resolution timing and used parts to resolve the same . Mentioned online complaint management can proved various types of reports like Customer complain report , Engineer working report etc.
