The utility of the application is to recover the bonds amount from doctors those who have availed education from government colleges and did not fulfill the bond rules . Admin can generate stagewise notices to doctors and they can manage those notices responds . Admin could manage a big amount of recovery from doctors with help of customized  web application  and data since 1990.
